Leaning into motherhood can be an overwhelming journey with ups and downs, questions that need to be answered, and changes galore - I am here to be on your journey with you.
À La Carte Services are stand alone services that can be booked by any mama-to-be! In addition to in-person support you will also receive take home worksheets and resources to encourage you along your journey.

Starting at $225
Learn everything you need to know about labour and birth during your private childbirth class. Book either a 3, 6, or 9 hour class. This class is completely tailored to you and your needs - you pick and choose the topics! Topics may include the physiology of labour and birth, preparing for your birth experience, coping techniques, addressing any fears you have, learning your options, and more! This class has a strong focus on mindset and mental preparation!
